Privacy Policy
Personal, not invasive.
Last updated: May 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Plugo handles information for the public website, waitlist, and private beta product.
Information Plugo Collects
- Waitlist information: email address, country, selected use case, and optional note.
- Account information for beta users: sign-in details, display name, profile settings, preferences, and onboarding choices.
- Product context users choose to provide, such as wardrobe, fridge, menu, grocery, style, or routine information.
- Uploaded content, such as photos used for outfit, fridge, or menu planning, when upload features are enabled.
- Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, log, and diagnostic data.
How Plugo Uses Information
- Manage the waitlist and private beta access.
- Send product, launch, and account-related updates.
- Provide lifestyle planning features and personalized results.
- Improve product quality, reliability, safety, and abuse prevention.
- Maintain privacy controls, consent records, and deletion requests.
AI, Photos, and Memory
Plugo saves personal context when users choose to provide it or explicitly save it. Uploaded photos and saved AI memory are designed to be visible, editable, and deletable from the product when those features are enabled. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
Sensitive Information
Plugo is not designed to collect religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, inferred income, class level, wealth level, medical history, or other sensitive personal information in the MVP. Users should not include sensitive information in waitlist notes.
Sharing and Sale
Plugo does not sell waitlist information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Plugo may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, authentication, storage, and security. Those providers process information to help Plugo operate the service.
Retention and Deletion
Plugo keeps information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, product security, legal obligations, or user requests. Beta users can delete uploaded photos, clear AI memory, and request account deletion when those features are enabled.
Children
Plugo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Plugo later supports teen or family use cases, this policy will be updated before those features launch.
Your Choices
- Do not submit optional waitlist notes if you prefer not to.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails through the email footer.
- Request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out help by email.
- Use in-product privacy controls for memory and uploads when enabled.
